Subscribe to Essential DissentRivercrest comprises approximately 18 acres sandwiched between the Vestal Parkway and the Susquehanna River, opposite University Plaza. For years residents have been fighting developers who apparently seek to turn this picturesque neighborhood into just another strip mall.

Portions of this video were taped at the 2nd Annual Rivercrest Festival, held on September 26, 2004. The remainder was taped in May, 2009.
